We at Music Cloud mobile, desktop application (collectively, "Music Cloud”, “App”, "we", "us" or "our") desire to protect the privacy of our users and take security matters seriously. PLEASE NOTE THAT MUSIC CLOUD DOES NOT COLLECT ANY PERSONAL DATA WITHIN THE APP. WE RESPECT YOUR PRIVACY AND HAVE DESIGNED THE APP TO FUNCTION WITHOUT COLLECTING ANY IDENTIFIABLE DATA.

The purpose of this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) is to provide users of iOS, iPadOS, macOS devices with a notice of our information management practices under the App. Your use of this App constitutes acceptance of this Policy.

  1. No data within the App
  1. The App itself refrains from collecting any personal information from its users. This means that when you use the App, your uploaded Assets (as defined in the Terms of Use) and/or other content, such as the images, videos, audio, or any other identifiable data you upload from internal or external Sources (as defined in Terms of Use) to the App, is not gathered or stored by us. The App operates in a manner that allows you to enjoy its features and services without compromising your privacy. In creating the App this way, we aim to promote transparency and build trust with our users. Our commitment to privacy protection is rooted in the belief that users should be able to access and use our services without fearing their personal information being collected or misused.
  2. By not collecting personal data within the App, we reduce the risk of unauthorized access, data breaches, or other security incidents that could potentially compromise your personal information. This approach enables us to focus on providing a secure and privacy-centric user experience.
  1. Personal data under the customer support service
  1. We may accumulate specific information when you engage with our customer support services. If you have any questions regarding this Policy or the use of Music Cloud, you may contact us for assistance directly via email at support.music.cloud@dreamacstudio.com or within the functionality of the App. When you contact us, we may request that you furnish certain information, which may encompass, but is not limited to:
  1. your name and email;
  2. device identifier (e.g., account ID);
  3. any supplementary information you voluntarily provide us (including the information mentioned in your attachments) to facilitate addressing your issue or inquiry.

Any personally identifiable information that you provide to us through the customer support service will be used only at the point of collection such as to respond to your questions or comments or send any requested information back to you. We will not employ it for any other purpose without obtaining your prior written unambiguous consent.
  1. Payment personal data
  1. When you purchase a subscription to our App services, you may be required to provide payment information such as credit card details, bank account information, or other payment-related data. However, we would like to make it clear that we do not have access to any of the payment information that you provided.
  2. We use third-party payment processors to handle all payment-related transactions, and all payment information is collected and processed directly by the payment processor. We do not store or have access to any payment information, including credit card numbers, bank account information, or any other payment-related data.
  1. General non-identifiable information

We may collect non-identifiable information when you use the App through the use of analytics services. This information does not contain any personal data but may include data on your behavior and device information, which will be used solely to improve our services and enhance the overall user experience. We may share this type of analytical data so that our providers also understand how often people use the App to provide you with an optimal experience as well.

We do not provide services to subjects under 13 (thirteen) years old (or any other age required by law in your country of residence), subsequently, we do not process personal data (if any potentially applicable) of minors. If we learn we received personal information from a child under 13 (thirteen) through a support request, we will not collect or store and will delete in a secure manner any personal information of such a user.
  2. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under this age, please contact us through support.music.cloud@dreamacstudio.com. Should a child whom we know to be under 13 make known to us his or her personal data, we will use that information only to respond more than once directly to a specific request from the child and will not use it to recontact the child beyond the scope of that request.
  1. DATA STORAGE
  1. The App is controlled by Apple App Sandbox policy and is designed to prioritize your privacy by storing user-generated and app-generated content, such as images, videos, audio files, and other Assets, locally on your home directory, with optional backups to a preferred cloud solution. This approach ensures that the data you create and manage within the App remains under your control and is not uploaded or stored on our backend cloud systems, services, or servers.
  2. As mentioned above, you have the option to back up your locally stored user-generated content to your preferred cloud solution. It may be iCloud, Dropbox, Google Drive, or another cloud storage provider, if applicable. This backup process is managed from your side and is not facilitated or controlled by us. By allowing you to choose your preferred backup method, we aim to offer flexibility and maintain your privacy while ensuring that your data is safeguarded according to your preferences.
  3. Please note that when you choose to back up your user-generated content to a third-party cloud solution, the data storage and handling practices of that provider will apply. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies and terms of service of your chosen cloud storage provider to ensure that you understand and agree with their data management practices.
  1. DISCLOSURE OF DATA

Given that the App does not collect any personal information, no disclosure and no international data transfers transpire in our processing of personal data. If any personal information becomes available, including the one disclosed due to customer support, we ensure that such information might be disclosed only to personnel who signed agreements with appropriate data privacy and security obligations.

  1. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES/APPLICATIONS
  1. The App may include links to other websites or applications, and other websites or applications may reference or link to Music Cloud. Please note that we do not have any control over these third-party services, including their privacy policies or data collection practices.
  2. We strongly encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you visit or interact with. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or data collection practices of any third-party services that may be linked to or referenced by the App.
  1. GENERAL
  1. We may amend this Policy at any time by posting revisions on our App. If we make any material changes in the way that we start collecting, using, and/or sharing your personal data, we will notify you by prominently posting notice of the changes on our App or any other means as may be reasonably chosen by us. To the extent permitted under applicable law, by using our App after such notice, you consent to our updates to this Policy.
  2. We encourage you to periodically review this Policy for the latest information on our privacy practices. If you have questions about it and/or our treatment of your personal data, please contact us via support.music.cloud@dreamacstudio.com.
  3. This Policy only applies to how Music Cloud deals with your data and it does not apply to any other organization or to any other organization’s mobile applications or websites even if you access them through the App. Please note if you disclose your personal information to other organizations, your information will be dealt with according to their privacy practices.
